Parent Guidance offers a wealth of support, including over 50 therapist-led courses to help you better understand the mental health needs of both your child and yourself. Plus, you’ll get access to a parenting curriculum app with customizable Roadmap options and immediate support through text messaging.

These coaching sessions align with the district’s virtual mental health series, where licensed therapists share practical ways for parents to support their children’s mental well-being.
