What is the Bond Oversight Committee (BOC)?

The Board of Education established a “Bond Oversight Committee,” comprised of 9 community members, 2 school board representatives, and necessary administrative and support staff to monitor the implementation of bond projects authorized by voters on November 4, 2008. The primary responsibility for the committee was to offer an independent review of the major projects approved by voters including the review of the bid processes, financial statements, contingency monitoring, and other duties outlined by the School Board.
