Current Teaching, Specialist, Classified, and Coaching Vacancies

All Teaching, Classified, and Coaching applicants must apply electronically through our online portal (Netchemia). In order to access our on-line process, you must register within the program. Substitute Employment

Licensed Substitutes (teachers)

  • Licensed teachers or those with a bachelor’s degree who are interested in becoming a substitute teacher in the Hermiston School District must submit an application electronically through our online portal (Netchemia).  You may access our online portal by clicking here.  Questions/Assistance? Classified Substitutes (support staff)

  • Applicants who are interested in becoming a classified  substitute (e.g. in the classroom assisting the teacher, in an office setting, or as part of our building and grounds department) must complete the appropriate classified application form electronically through our online portal (Netchemia).    Questions/Assistance?
